Register for accessLog on to the Student Self Service website
Update your personal details
Check your results/academic record
Change your password
First you must register for access
- Go to Student self service
- Click the Register button on the bottom of the screen.
- Answer 'Yes', 'No' or 'Unsure' to each question.
- Click the Continue button to begin your registration.
- When you have successfully completed your registration, your User ID and Password will be sent to the email address you provided within 10 minutes.
Call the Institute Customer Contact Centre on 131 248 if you do not receive these emails - Retrieve your User ID and Password before you attempt to logon to this site.
You only need to register for access once.
Log on to the Student Self Service website
- Ensure you have your User ID and Password before you logon.
- Go to Student self service
- Enter your Student ID in the User ID field.
- Enter your Password.
- Read the Terms and Conditions provided.
- If you accept the Terms and Conditions, tick the checkbox to Log on.
- Click Log on.
Update your Personal Details
- Click on the My Details tab.
- Use the My Details menu on the left hand side to view and/or update any of your personal details.
- Simply add or remove any details and select the Save button.
Check your results/academic record
- Click on the My Academic Records tab.
- Click the specific program title, year or program code.
- View the program/grade history for that particular program.
Change your Password
- Select the Change Password link from the Miscellaneous menu.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password twice.
- Select the Change Password button to save your new password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password on this site by selecting the Forgotten Password link on the home page.
