Polaris is a restaurant and bar facility, situated at the Bracken Ridge campus, where training is conducted for hospitality students in non-smoking, air-conditioned comfort. Polaris offers:
- 4 course lunch - every Friday from 12.00pm commencing 15 August
- 5 course dinner - Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6.30pm commencing 21 August
- Fully licensed
- EFTPOS, Bankcard, Mastercard, and VISA cards are accepted
- Bookings are essential and will commence on 21 July - call 3258 5300 for reservations.
Meridian Room
Meridian Room is a fully equipped function room, situated at the Bracken Ridge campus, available for hire to the public for all type of functions, seminars, meetings, conferences and private dining. The Meridian Room offers:
- Audio visual equipment available
- Fully licensed

Stella's Coffee Shop
Stella's Coffee Shop, situated at the Bracken Ridge campus, opens daily from 8am for gourmet cakes and slices, espresso coffees and a variety of teas and other beverages.
