Information About This Service

Please fill in completely and accurately. Incomplete/inaccurate forms will not be processed.
You must be a registered borrower (i.e. BNIT staff, BNIT student or have paid the associate borrower fee, or library registered for Inter Library Loan) to use this service.
It is your responsibility to check if the item is waiting for you to borrow. Please contact us if you wish to confirm.
Providing the item is available for loan (check the catalogue!), then it will usually be available for pickup from the Learning Hub that holds it within 2 working days. If you want to pick it up from a different campus Learning Hub then allow another 2 working days.
Items are usually held for you for a week before being returned to the shelves.
Only students who study off-campus or libraries registered for Inter Library Loans may have items mailed to them.
