This service is available to the students and staff of Brisbane and North Point Institute of TAFE.

Who will receive my question?
A Learning Hub Staff member from whichever campus you selected.

When will I receive a reply?
We aim to reply to your question as soon as possible, however, some questions may take longer to reply to than others.

If your question requires extended or ongoing research, we suggest you visit the particular campus Learning Hub you selected to discuss your enquiry with one of our staff members.

Please remember that a walk in reference service is available at all times that our Learning Hubs are open.
