Informal options for resolving grievances within the Institute
Informal approach to staff member, for instance a teacher, International Student Officer or student adviser.
Complete a Customer Feedback Form.
If resolution is unsatisfactory, international students may seek formal options.
Formal options for resolving grievances within the Institute
International students have the right to appeal against a decision made by BNIT. Appeals must be submitted in writing addressed to the Institute Director and submitted within 20 working days of the date the decision was communicated to the student.
