Public transport

Translink tickets and GO Cards let you travel on the bus, train, or ferry - all on the one ticket.  All BNIT campuses are close to either bus or train transportation.

Free student parking is available at all BNIT campuses.

You will need an International Driver's Licence, Queensland Driver's Licence, or Foreign Driver's Licence with official English translation.

It is required by law that you must wear a seatbelt at all times when travelling as a driver or passenger in a car/vehicle in Australia.

Bicycles

It is the law to wear bicycle helmets at all times when travelling by bicycle.
You must also use lights at night to aid visibility, or you will be fined. Many areas of Brisbane have dedicated bicycle paths or lanes.
