Mick Young Scholarship Trust

The Mick Young Scholarship Trust provides annual scholarships for financially disadvantaged students. The Trust was set up in memory of the late Mick Young, a former Member of Parliament and Federal Cabinet Minister, who sought to enhance opportunities for financially disadvantaged people. Applications are made available in first semester for enrolled students and close at the end of February each year.

Brisbane North Institute of TAFE is offering scholarships to students on behalf of the Mick Young Scholarship Trust.
The scholarship program has been set up to assist students who are experiencing financial hardship in their pursuit of education.
If you are an enrolled Brisbane North Institute of TAFE student and you feel you would be eligible, you will need to download and fill in the application form. This form is also available from learning hubs, customer service centres and student services areas.
