Official academic history

An Academic History is a formal document that lists all academic results achieved through TAFE Institutes in Queensland. This document will be printed on official TAFE Queensland letterhead and can typically be used to evidence your achievements to employers, universities and other training providers, and in a range of other circumstances.

Your Academic History will list all subjects for which you have received a grade - this will include pass and fail marks, as well as a variety of other academic outcomes. Refer to result definitions for further information regarding the results you may see on your Academic History.

Programs and subjects for which you have not been formally assessed will not appear on this transcript. This document only details formal results for accredited programs.
