Enrol online

Register and log onto TAFE Queensland - Self Service to enrol and pay fees for most programs. Payment methods accepted online are credit card and BPAY. Students must ensure that they have read all of the terms and conditions for enrolment prior to enrolling online.

For your online enrolment to be successful, you must:

  1. have read the BNIT Student Guide
  2. have a current enrolment pack
  3. be registered with Student Self Service and
  4. have paid your enrolment in full before logging out.

Please note that if these conditions have not been met you will not be recorded as enrolled in your chosen program.

Before you enrol

Please check you have the following:

An enrolment pack

You will need the details included on your 'Save Time - Enrol Online Form' and any associated information which may include the course brochure, timetable, booklist etc. that may be part of your pack.

Refer to the 'Save Time - Enrol Online Form' in your enrolment pack for the delivery package (DP) number and password/authorisation code (if applicable). Use your supplied enrolment pattern, Enrolment Selection Form or timetable to select your required units or classes.

An email address

If you have previously studied at a TAFE Queensland Institute, your email address must already be recorded in the enrolment system for you to register for access to the Student Self Service website.

If you are a new student, you will be required to register your details and a valid email address to create your Student Self Service account.

If you are a past or existing student, please use the email address that you originally registered with TAFE Queensland.

If we do not have your email address, you have forgotten which email address you supplied, or if you have changed your email address, please contact us on 13 12 48 for assistance.

Concession details (if applicable)

All government-funded programs make concessions available to eligible students. If a concession applies to your program, the concession amount will appear on the 'Select Classes' page which you will see when enrolling online. You must have a valid concession card such as a Centrelink Pension, Healthcare or DVA Blue Card at the time of enrolment.

If you are claiming an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander or under 17 concession please ensure you provide evidence of this concession to one of our Customer Services Centres within two working days.

Payment details

Fees must be paid upfront at the time of enrolment. Credit Card including VISA and MasterCard are accepted. BPAY is also available.

Non-payment

If you choose the option to pay by BPAY or in person you will be automatically dropped from enrolment if you do not make the payment within one business day.
