When to pay

All fees are due and payable at the time of enrolment. Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. If a student is unable to make payment in full at the time of enrolment they must advise a Customer Service Centre consultant so that options can be investigated.

An option exists for students to apply for a payment plan to allow them time to pay fees.

A student who has paid fees, has an approved payment plan or other special arrangement (with evidence of participation in a learning event), becomes a confirmed enrolled student.
