Literacy and English language
BNIT's literacy and English language courses provide a variety of options to improve your English language skills and/or your literacy and numeracy skills. You can also learn basic computing skills.
These courses aim to develop your skills and confidence in listening, speaking, reading and writing, with a focus on developing your English communication skills for the workplace.
The programs range from basic to advanced and are aimed at preparing you for work, or further study in Australia.
Eligible job seekers can apply for free accredited training through the Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program (LLNP) offered at BNIT.
Alternatively, you may wish to complete a course in Volunteer Tutoring to develop the skills and knowledge to become a volunteer tutor to assist students to improve their English language or literacy skills.
