You make the hiring decision with an apprentice or trainee and BNIT delivers the training to match the skills you require.
Our trainers will consult with you in developing an individual training plan including the units of competency, timeframes and recommended delivery strategy (e.g. workplace training, day release, block release, online or blended learning).
Many employers view apprenticeships and traineeships as a core element of their workforce development plan. Existing employees may also be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship.
Employers taking on apprentices or trainees may be eligible for a range of Commonwealth Government incentives and personal assistance programs.
An Australian Apprenticeship Centre representative will coordinate and assist you whilst administering the government incentive payments and training contract.
